Order Processing
All orders are processed within 30 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Beijing Time) will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes ⚠️
All international orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
- The shipping fee you pay at checkout does NOT include import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, or any other taxes imposed by your country
- Your local customs office may require you to pay these charges upon delivery
- These charges are determined by your local government and are not controlled by Orthocore
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order
Important: If you refuse a package due to customs duties or taxes, we are unable to refund the original shipping costs. The package will be returned to our warehouse, and any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships
- Track your package at: https://t.4px.com/
- For US orders, the final delivery is handled by USPS — the same tracking number will work on the USPS website after the package arrives in the United States
Packaging & Handling
- All instruments are individually inspected and packaged in protective materials before shipping
- Average packaging weight: 0.1-0.2 kg (already included in shipping calculations)
- For multi-item orders, we use consolidated packaging to minimize your shipping costs
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, unclaimed, refused), we will:
- Contact you to confirm the correct shipping address
- Reship the package at your expense (additional shipping fee required)
- Or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier
